About Me
Hardworking, dedicated and passionate. Larissa Liska enjoys telling sports stories for athletes and teams that engage an entire community. Her goal is to help athletes gain a platform and get recognized for their talents locally and nationally.
Larissa is the Sports Director/Anchor at NewsChannel 10 in Amarillo. She previously worked as a Sports Anchor/Reporter at WLTZ in Columbus, GA where she covered football and basketball at Auburn University, Alabama and Georgia. Larissa also strengthened her love for high school sports, covering a hotbed of 3-5 star talent. Prior to Columbus, she worked as a Sports Director at WBKB and Sports Producer at KSAT 12.
In 2015, Larissa graduated from the University of Texas at Austin. While at Texas she interned for FOX7 Sports, UT Austin Athletics and KUT 90.5. In her spare time, Larissa played Collegiate Club Racquetball, advancing to Nationals 3 times.
